One tenant cannot see another
An organisation's rules, matches, notes and pipeline belong to that organisation. There is no request parameter through which one tenant can name another, because the organisation is always taken from the signed-in session.
- Isolated by design Every query is scoped to the signed-in user’s organisation, and roles decide who may change rules or add people.
- Auditable Every scan is recorded — when it ran, what it found, and anything that could not be read.
- Public data stays public Tender data belongs to the issuing governments. Bid Tracker reads it and matches it; it does not republish it.
